Product: HP intel core i3 8th Gen laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My laptop is extremely slow and I’ve watched hundreds of videos to speed it up. When I open Task Manager, my disk says 100% so I think this may be a reason, I don’t know how to make it go to 0% so if anyone could help that would be great.

Try Ccleaner and Defraggler from Piriform.
Try Windows/System32/CleanMgr.exe
