Laptop 15-da0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with my cores.

I have 4 but on my task manager only show me 1 is in use.

And I don t know what to do....

Some of my games start crashing from a while and I have the laptop almost for February this year.

If can someone help me I will be thankful.

I reviewed your post and I understand that only one core is in use and the games are crashing.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

  • What is the product number of your computer?
  • Does this happen only when you play games?
  • What games are you playing on the computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
