Product: EliteBook 810 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am working to disable the Atmel Touchscreen on 116 tablets remotely. I've tried powershell yet cannot change the registry values due to access/permission errors. Is there a way to do this without local administrator permissions? 

 

Manual process requires Local/Domain admin to login, open device manager and right click to disable both the digitizer and control.
