Hello, just wanted to ask a quick question. I seem to have a problem with laptop screen. The display screen isn’t working. My screen is just black. I connected it to the tv and it seems to work. But, it doesn’t when not connected.

I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting,
