Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

 

I use a  HP USB-C to HDMI 2.0  Adapter to connect Elite X2 1012 G1 to a monitor with HDMI interface. But there is no signal.

 

The monitor and the HDMI cable are good. They are tested.

 

How to solve this issue?
