Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi folks,

hope u can help me out. On my elitepad appears an error after i updated my Bios. I got the same issue last year on my Pavillion.

This pops up when i start my elitepad:

Product Information not valid

The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.

System Board (00A) - Product Name

System Board (00A) - Product Serial Number

System Board (00A) - Product Number

System Board (00A) - System Board CT Number

EINGABETASTE - Systemstart fortsetzen

Fore more information, please visit www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup

On my Pavillion i used successfull BCU to change the missing information into the Bios system, unfortunetly this isnt working on my elitepad. If i try to get the config its says that my sytem not supported???

BiosConfigUtility.exe /getconfig:new.txt

ERROR msg:"System not supported. Unable to connect to HP WMI namespace: "root\HP"

ERROR msg:"BCU return value" real="23" translated="23" /

have tried several versions of BCU , but there is always the same error.

wmi I also restarted, nothing.

Also i tried to create with rufus a freedos USB, but it wont start from USB....

I'm very disappointed with HP....

Hope u excuse my english.

best regards Vlad

Gruß Vlad
