Product: HP Elite X3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unfortunately my Elite X3 fell on the ground before i got de lethercase. Hereby the end cap had a small fracture. I found the manual on how to replace this item, but my reseller can't deliver this item. He had contact with the salesmanger from HP Netherlands but the part couldn't be delivered.

Does any one else know were to get this item?

Hi AdH1,

 

 

I would suggest you to contact the Hp support in Netherland and they will be able to help you in replacing the Elitex3 as they part is not sold in retail and as a single part.

Hello,

Unfortunately, this part is not available to end customers.  If your reseller was not able to purchase it, then I don't think there is any way to get that part.

thnx for your answer. I think the only option is to repare the phone at a service point. I will try this and hopefully it is something where i can wait for it.
