Hello there, So recently I tried to open up my game that I downloaded from "Origin", Battlefield 1.
The game is a trial, I got 10 free hours, I wanted to see if its worth to buy it.
I waited about a day so the game will download but when I tried to open it up it said that I have problem with my NVIDIA driver. I updated the Drivers, removed the old and everything.
But now I got a new error. This: "Please update your Microsoft Basic Render Driver driver Detected Microsoft Basic Render Driver driver version Unknown. The required driver is AMD, Intel, Nvidia, etc. or later. Please update your drivers at amd.com, intel.com, nvidia.com, etc. before playing the game"
I saw there is that Update Nvidia driver thing.. But I got an error before that about the Nvidia driver and I removed all the drivers of Nvidia and downloaded the needed driver for my GPU.
My specs:
Intel Core i7 7700 3.6Hz
HyperX Predator (8x2) Memory 3000Mhz (16gb ram)
Asus GeForce GTX 1080 STRIX Rog 8Gb
Please help me. Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand a Game does not work and you need help with the same,
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
Is the issue limited to Battlefield Origin or do all your games go through these issues?
When was the last time it worked without these driver issues? And did you attempt a system restore to sort it out?
While you respond to that, I recommend you check the recommended requirements of the game and ensure it matches your product specifications,
That said, if it matches the requirements and yet doesn't work, however, other games work fine - you may want to Contact the Game manufacturer for a solution.
If none of the games are working anymore, I suggest you perform a System restore followed by a System refresh to resolve the issue.
Keep me posted,
If the information I've provided was helpful,
Give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
That'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.
