That is from the Feburary update 0002.0000.0026.0118.  We are on Version 0002.0000.0037.0001

"hey Cortana" now works with this update(0037.0001). I could never get it to work in the past.

Weird.  It never worked all this time?  I am not going to ask anymore on that...but sounds like you stuck it out and now you can see what all you missed this whole time. 🙂
