HP X3500 wireless mouse (H4K65AA)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Support Assistant can neither detect my wireless x3500 mouse nor add manually. When I enter the serial number and the product key,  it say that device not found...Please help!.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are having issues adding the mouse as a device in HP support assistant.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I would like to inform you that you cannot add wireless mouse as a device on HP support assistant. Wireless mouse is an accessory and you can find the mouse in the accessories section of HP support assistant.

 

Please refer to the below article for more information on how to use HP support assistant.

Yes, you should be able to add the mouse as an accessory.
