My computer won't boot up, it keeps showing an error screen and press control, alt, delete to restart. I hit exit to run a startup and hard disk scan and all failed. I have a failed hard disk warranty ID GU463A-4SK9GK-XD7THF-6OTSO3 Is there anything I can do in this situation?

Yes, most likely all the files on the hard drive will not be able to be recovered.
However, if you want to throw a little money at it, you can purchase one of these adapters, and after you remove the hard drive, you can connect it up and see if you can read any files from the drive.

Hi:
The error code you received translates to one word...Failed.
If your PC won't boot up, you will have to replace the hard drive, and reinstall the operating system.
Consult the maintenance and service guide for your specific dm3 notebook for the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
