Hard drive failed, how do I reinstall the os and Microsoft office I paid hp for?

HP ENVY Desktop - 700-430qe CTO

My hard drive locked up and failed. 

 

I've installed a new ssd, but how do I get copies of windows 10, Microsoft office, etc...

 

I paid hp for them but they're not listed in the software page and it came with no USB or CD to reload from.

I understand that you would like to reinstall the windows 10.

 

In that case, you have to contact our phone support and order recovery media.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
