How can I remove the Google+ app from my HP Slate 10 tablet since Google+ has been discontinued as a service?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

I'm afraid the app cannot be completely removed.Try these steps to disable the app - 

1) Go into the Settings > Apps > All > Scroll down to Google+

2) Tap on uninstall updates

3) select disable.
