Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Let's perform Factory Reset:
- Tap Apps.
- Tap Settings.
- Under Personal, select Backup & reset. Note: For a full reset, make sure the Back up my data and Automatic Restore checkboxes are unchecked.
- Under Personal Data, select Factory data reset.
- Tap Reset. This should improve overall device performance.

Something less drastic to try - go to Settings/Storage/Cache and tap it. Tap the "Clear Cache for all apps" to free up some RAM.
