When I open any application or settings even even shut down my pc using power option it shows The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005).

Hello, it is appears to be a big problem from Windows... If you can enter "cmd" in your Windows search bar, and right clic in "command prompt" for execute in administrator. Enter this command and tell me result: 

sfc /scannow

 

If you can't access to cmd, you can execute an hardware test in your computer. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us.
