@welcter

A very warm welcome to the HP community. A very good day to you.

I understand that you have an HP 10 Tablet - 2101us. I read that the tablet has crashed and will not boot up. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did any software changes or updates happen on the tablet after which it may have crashed?
  • Do you receive any error messages on the tablet screen?

Meanwhile, I did some research and and suggest you to perform a factory reset on your tablet. This will delete all information stored on the tablet and restore the tablet to its original factory condition:

Please perform the steps from this HP article for a factory reset on the tablet.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to keep me posted. Good luck! 🙂

I'm sorry it took so long but I've been working a lot. I tried the factory reset but it didn't work. Any other suggestions.
