My computer can’t open after a testar. It says ”choose language” and when I do it I come to ”Troubleshoot” or ”shut down computer” I can’t open my computer and I don’t know What to do. When I go to the ”Recovery Manager” it says ” Can’t open file :X:\sources\revovery\Tools\HP\Rita-tool\”
and then I press ok and I have 3 options ”Maintenance” that says ”Run computer check up” ”Support” that says ”show contact information” and ”precautions” that says ”File Backup” but I can’t click on that one. I click on computer check up and can only choose ”Open a Command Prompt” and then I click next. Now it says ”Administrator: X:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe” in the left upper corner. I’ve tried all the advanced options and they don’t work. Can I get a code so that I can restore or start my computer on the administrator option? Please help me!

Hi:
I would just clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive using the media creation tool at the link below.
You will need another Windows PC and an 8 GB USB flash drive for this purpose.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
If you need to recover files from the PC, when you get to the part that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' let it install over the current Windows partition, and it will create a Windows.old folder.
After W10 installs, you can explore the Windows.old folder, find your old user profile, and copy and files/folders you need to the new user profile.
Then you can use the disk cleanup utility to delete the Windows.old folder.
After W10 installs, you can then install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
