I have a bluetooth wireless mouse, Model HPZ5000, which is now asking for a pin that I do not have in order to use the mouse.  I never had this problem before, and I do not have a pin or know how to get a specific pin for this.  As of now, this mouse is useless to me because I cannot get it to work.  I purchased it last April 25, 2017.

I cannot get someone to talk to, and the system keeps asking for the same information without a result.

Your mouse may not be compatible with Windows 10.
