My organisation currently flashes our HP BIOS' using HPBIOSUPDREC. I've tried several combinations of the available switches (-s [silent] and -a [always flash, ignore comparison] in particular), but it seems like no matter which ones I use I am always greeted by the "HP BIOS Update" screen after a restart which prompts the user to flash, rollback, postpone or cancel the update. It does timeout after 30 seconds, but my preferred result would be to skip this prompt all together and flash the BIOS every time I pass the command. I don't want to provide users with the option to postpone or cancel the required update. Does anyone know if this is currently possible? Thanks.
