Hello, every few days my laptop freezes again for few mins. I believe the laptop is defective even though I ran system test, memory and hard drive and the result is passed. I bought the laptop on 22 of December 2019 and the warranty expires on 21 December 2020. Is there anyway I can exchange laptop?

Hello, in effect it is maybe possible. You can contact HP here:

I ran a system test and there was no issue. I ran system recovery since 20th January 2020 and everything seems to run fine. I believe it was software issue. The tiny dot pixel in my laptop disappeared after performing system recovery.

I think I found the program that was causing the laptop to freeze for few minutes. It is a steam program a gaming application. When I closed steam everything run fine.
