Looking for Slate 7 Extreme USB charging board

I am looking for the micro USB charging port board for HP Slate Extreme.

The USB connector is broken.

Can I buy it from HP ( or anywhere else) and if so,  what is the part # and price?

Enter Product number or select to autodetects

Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.
