Using a Sprint Treo 700p with 1.10 ROM update here. Transcend 8GB SDHC card appears to work fine. Built in "Card Info" program reports the size and available free space incorrectly. The program appears to be using unsigned, 32-bit values for its size reporting which are limited to = 4GB numbers. Other PalmOS programs I have installed also have the same issue. One on particular is the current version of DocsToGo from DataViz. Their desktop component reports an incorrect available size in a similar fashion. I reported the problem to them. They responded by saying that their desktop component, which does not directly interact with the card, gets the size from PalmOS. They concluded it is a PalmOS problem. Regardless, I have had no data issues or corruption so far.

I just bought a 755p and it seems to eat 4gb memor chips I just lost the 2 nd one in about 10 days.  The card just become inaccessable and the phone does not acknowledge that you put in thew chip.  Both cards are Sandisk Micro SDHC using mini adaptor.  I just put in a new 64mb chip from my old phone it seems to be working fine.

Danilo,

Would you please take me through the steps you did to get it to work even though you had to reinsert it periodically? I just got a Kingston card like yours. And finally, did you ever got your Kingston 8GB card to work consistently in your 650? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Hi There.
Few days ago i bought a Kingston 8GB Class6 SDHC card, and it has worked fine in my Treo650 (after installing the sdhc and fat32 drivers of the Treo 680).
I just noticed tough that the card is "lost" time to time.. thus all of the sudden i cannot access it anymore.Only an eject and re-insert can fix the problem.
Since i have several applications running on my Treo 650, i have decided to remove the "ones" i suspect can interfeer with the card.. i tried first LauncherX, then OnLaunch but with no results.
Now i have removed Resco-Explorer and since today my card is still accessible.. mmhh.. maybe i found it.
I do not know why, but it could be.
I have verified that all the backups went fine..but it would be a shame if i have to remove resco-explorer.. it is so usefull.
I will keep posted in case something changes.
Cheers.
Danilo

Adata - 150x SD cards up to 4 GB (Standard, not SDHC)

Patriot - 8 GB SDHC, Class 6 - The size shows up wrong, but you can access the entire card.
