My ADATA 220X 2GB MMC card now is detected with the help of Dmitry's software. Nevertheless, I couldn't see the photos on the card with the Lifedrive: I imagine this involves a formatting issue concerning my Konica-Minolta Dimage G600. I'll find whether formatting with Windows solves that issue (I'm working on reformatting that machine for now).

As for the 8GB PNY SDHC card, I did have the problem of being able only to load half of the card with tunes after all (I used PNY's formatting)--formatting via Windows to FAT32 solved that problem (I don't think that fixed the problem of the card reporting an inaccurate size). As for naming the card (the volume), naming it with the Lifedrive itself resolves that issue--the name now is detected. I named it in Windows first--the name wasn't detected, yet it was acknowledged (i.e., it was something other than blank).

I have tested 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB., The largest one that works for me is the 4GB TRANSCEND 4GB  150X SD card.  So far TRANSCEND GB drive works  all the time and fully capable of writing to the SD disk. I have tried other brands SANDISK 2GB drive does work, as the 1GB disk as well.

As stated many times in this thread, the E2 can natively read a 1gb card at maximum.

Your choice is to either return the card for a 1gb version or purchase the driver mentioned in the first post of this thread!

Does this mean it accepted the 8GB SD card outright?  Or the Trio 700P was able to accepted it after adding the PowerSDHC software?

Hi

I was hoping someone could help me. I purchased PowerSDHC from Dmitry's website.  I put the application into Quick Install and it is showing up in my Applications on my Palm TX.  When I click the application, it says "Driver Not Installed".  How do I get the software installed and loaded into my Palm and then apply the key from his website.  Please help as I would like to get it installed to use my new memory card I just purchased.  Thanks.

Any computer-related store will have these (Office Depot, Office Max, Fry's, Best Buy, etc.) as well as any Radio Shack!   They really aren't hard to find...
