Hello Everyone,
It has been some 3 months since I've bought a HP Gaming laptop. It was working perfectly until 2 days back when i started seeing a weird issue. The battery was charging extremely slow. It took over 5 minutes to charge 1% and if the load on the system is high, for example playing games, it literally just stays put at the same percentage it was. The laptop is under warranty but before going ahead i want to see if anyone in the community can help.
Laptop Details:

OS - Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit
Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx
RAM: 16 GB Dual Channel - 2400MHZ

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 - 3 GB
Usage Pattern:
============================================
Office work : 10 hours
Gaming: 2 - 3 hrs
Things to Note:
=============================================
>Battery once Fully charged discharges normally. It gives me around 3.5hrs on a full charge on office work
>Previous i could charge to > 50% within 45 minutes of plugging in.
>I am using all original HP Accessories since its a new laptop.
>I tried different power outlets but had the same issue.
Last time successfully charged with speed - 08th August 2020
Problem since - 09th August 2020

Drivers - All are up to date (verified using the HP support Assistant Tool)
Windows Update: All windows components are updated. Even the ones from the windows Store
Antivirus: Ran a full scan and nothing came up. Everything is clean.
System Diagnostics - Ran a battery and AC Adapater Test - Everything Passed. I have the logs with me.
System Diagnostics- Ran a full system check - Everything Passed. I have the logs with me.
Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery driver - Updated
I think i have tried everything possible in my capacity. Is there anything else i missed or can be done? If yes, please let me know. Otherwise i have to ring up the service center for a new adapter.
Thanks

So after spending over 4 hours with HP customer support all they had to say was to format my system. Yeah, that was their solution. They had no idea what was wrong with my system and their idea to correct it was well, you know format the system. I swear this is the last time i am getting an HP machine
