My wife's Omni 10 is 4 months old and the I2C HID driver has the code 10 failure to start.
Uninstalling it doesn't work: windows refresh and reinstall didn't work: all updates done or none done - it still doesn't work.
I've spent a lot of time working through all the solutions I could find online and at first it would reset itself randomly but now its not working at any time. The touch screen keyboard doesn't appear at all either.
Any ideas before I call tech support?

Greetings @bjk572,
Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are facing an issue with your computer where the touchscreen is not working, is that right?
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?
May I know the operating system installed on your computer?
May I know the exact product number of your computer? Click here. Please do not share the serial number of your computer.
Request you boot the computer to recovery manager by tapping F11 repeatedly on startup.
Test the touchscreen in recovery manager.
If the touchscreen is not working in recovery manager, request you contact our phone support to check on the service options available to replace the screen on your computer.
If the touchscreen works fine in recovery manager, refer to HP Article and try the steps suggested to resolve the issue you are facing.
Keep me posted.
