OK so last night I was editing a picture in ms paint,Once I was finished with it I saved, restarted my laptop, and then went to bed. When I woke up this morning I got back on my laptop so I could finish it up but, when I tried to open it it said that the file couldn't be read and that it wasn't a valid bitmap file or that its format wasn't correctly supported and instead of showing the image in the icon it is showing these two blue mountains.Originally I thought since I had imported the image from ms paint to paint 3D it might have corrupted the file?I have no idea what happened and nothing is working so far.Any suggestions?

Windows Paint is a product from Microsoft, not HP. Can you open it in Paint 3D (not normal Paint) ?
After few Google searchs, the true is you have to use Paint 3D (not normal Paint) to open Paint 3D images. You can also use Paint 3D as default to open images or use classic Paint, not Paint 3D
