My printer is always showing busy when I try to print a document from my IPhone .  How do I fix it?

I understand that you are facing issues with the Printer's busy message on your printer.

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

What is the version of iOS you are currently using?

Were you able to print from other devices normally?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
