If there is no small letter 'i' in front of the code, see if restarting the PC and entering this unlock passcode allows you to regain access to your PC...

Unfortunately, no one on this forum will be able to help you with clearing a windows password.
If you are running W10 on that model either that it came that way from the factory or you upgraded it to W10, you can clean install W10 by making your own plain W10 installation media at the link below.

If the PC came with W10 from the factory, the W10 product key in the notebook's bios will automatically work with the software.
If you upgraded it to W10, during the installation script where you are asked to enter a product key, you select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
