Slate 10 Plus Stock Rom:Request

 friend owns a house slate 10 plus which is soft brick I would very much love a stock rom to help fix his tablet it would be a great help if possible

Have you checked for the image on the HP Website.?

Request you visit www.hp.com/drivers and enter the model number of the tablet to find the image for your tablet. 

Please refer to this HP Article for assistance in resetting the tablet.

It's not getting into up as my friend was updating it and I can only really get into recovery I tried the update.zip but it didn't recognize some file and didn't work I don't know how to get into boot loader as I want to fast boot the normal/custom os
