I installed the most recent Windows update and the Touch no longer works on the Touchscreen.  I let the battery run down completely and then rebooted, still doesn't work.  I tried updating the driver (I don't think it did anything) and that didn't help.  I thought I would roll back the update, but it didn't create a restore point before updating.  I uninstalled all the updates and it didn't fix it.  I turned off power management for the HID devices where it was on.  There is no HID device for the touch.

It was working fine before the update.  KB3172729 failed to install, but it did install on the retry.  Other installs:

KB3205404

KB890830

KB2267602

KB3205401

KB3214628

What can I do to get the touch back?

Trying reinstalling the Intel chipset driver, reboot and then the Goodix touchscreen driver.

Thanks. That fixed it.

For anyone with a similar problem, I see the system properties displays: "No Pen or Touch Input is available for this Display"
