Thanks Banhien!
I really appreciate it!
I work for HP too though but I haven't gotten much detail about our Stylus pen products.
I just got curious about this topic since one of our avid customer with an HP ENVY 15t-u000 x360 CTO Convertible PC laptop inquired in over phone support.
He was told by HP sales to buy any kind of stylus pen since all of them would work on his laptop but hes upset after buying an HP slate pen cause it didnt worked over his capacitive screen.
I got back with him about the misconception provided by HP sales.
Issue resolved!
Now i have a better understanding about our Stylus pens.
Regards!
