Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Hi! I scanned a document thru the hp smart app. It popped up on my phone but before I could save or send it I had to leave. When I went back to my phone the app was closed.  Where did my scanned document go? Can I pull it up or do I have to rescan it?  Thank you!

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

 

Unsaved means "gone".

The app does not have an "auto save" feature - abandoned scans are deleted when the app closes.

Re-scan the content when you can do so - click to save the content when the scan is complete.
