Hi ,

 

Recently bought HP Pavilion - 15-cc129tx  laptop. Is it ok to use laptop while charging ? Heard my friend saying that it may reduce battery lifetime if laptop is used while charging. Could you pls clarify

I'd like to thank you for the detailed description of your concern, as you have ensured I don't have to ask any more questions, that said, 

 

You could work on your notebook while the charger is connected. To keep the battery healthy and  Improve Battery Performance, you could refer to this article: Click here

 

You could also Test and calibrate the battery: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04700771
