Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Tried to reset computer but it says working on windows do not shut off computer. Been on that for 4 days can't start computer again

Hi

 

HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n123dx (ENERGY STAR)

 

I suggest Step 1 is....

 

Press and Hold PWR down for 4 seconds to poewr off, then....

 

Unplug from the wall.

If you see a battery compartment door, your computer has a removable battery. Remove the battery.

This is valid for most notebooks;

Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to complete the reset.

Re-insert any battery you removed.

 

If in doubt please ask.
