Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I check for Windows update then this is shown in screen- "We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet."

     But my laptop is successfully connected with high speed Internet.

 

Pls solve my problem.

Hello,

Try this solution:

  1. On the keyboard, simultaneously press the Windows key and R. The Run window opens.
  2. Type control and press Enter. The Control Panel window opens.
  3. Under the Network and Internet category, click View network status and task.
  4. In front of Connections:,click on the network name of the card (e.g. Ethernet0) and then click on Properties.
  5. Double-click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
  6. Click on Use the following DNS server address.
  7. Enter the address 1.1.1.1 as Preferred DNS server.
  8. Enter the address 1.0.0.1 as Alternate DNS server.
  9. Check the Validate settings upon exit box and click OK.
  10. Click OK, then click Close and finally click Close.
  11. Open Windows Update and click on Check for updates.

I remain at your disposal if needeed.
