Hei, I’m trying to log in to the WLAN but the Windows-Security requires me to insert   an account and password. I already tried the email that I registered my computer with  and also the email and password from the internet but none of them works. I would appreciate any hint that could help me. Thank you!!

@DTuve

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

May I know since when are you facing this issue?

I suggest you reset the Network settings

Go to Settings > Network & Internet

In the Status Windows click on Network Reset

Click image for larger version.

This will make Windows forget the connection credentials for the WiFi. Restart the computer and connect back to your WiFi and let me know if that helps

Also provide me with the complete computer model or Product Number

You can refer to this Link: hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating the Product Number.

Keep me posted how it goes

Thank you and have a wonderful weekend 😊
