my android device redmi note 8 pro is not getting recognized by my laptop

can someone help me regarding this issue

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues? 

Does the redmi device get detected on other computer devices? using the same cable?
