I am having an issue with my laptop Model Info: HP Pavilion-17-ab292ms.
Issue Details: from time to time, the laptop reboot by itself and showing the attached photo "blue screen with some errors found, and Stop Code: System thread Exception Not Handled, what failed network 04 sys"
So, appreciate your support in solving that issue.
Did this happen after a recent window or software update? "yes, this happen after an automatic update happen from a while, i don't know specific which update name"
Have you made any hardware/software changes? "No, everything the same, except i have tried also to setup a new copy of windows, because i thought hat the issue in the windows but i was wrong, the error still exist"
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? "Several things, i have tried HP PC hardware diagnostic, hp support, i have done all the updates through Intel link, and also downloaded the drivers from hp link" all the diagnostics and checks gave me pass, and everything is okay"
Did you make any changes on the settings of your PC prior to the issue? "No"
When was the last time it worked fine? "i believe from 2 years "2018", i have bought it in 2017"
if you read what it is mentioned in the screen, it is mention that there's a certain stop code related to the NTWTW 04 "network" which i don't know what it mean.
Let's perform Microsoft System Restore which returns your computer to the files and settings from the restore point.
Your personal files and documents are not affected. You can also undo a System Restore if the restore does not resolve the issue or if the issue becomes worse. Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03327545
