My laptop is an HP Envy, 17" touchscreen.
The pen they matched for me is called an Active Pen. It has two buttons, no light, the instructions just say to turn the pen on by tapping the tip on any surface. But it will not make any mark on the screen. I verified that the battery is working.
I am thinking I may need to make a setting on the laptop, but I am lost.
Thank you,
Eileen

Hi,
I went to the pen app, but when I chose the settings link, the page that comes up does not match the screen you provided? I am baffled as to what to do. Please help. Should I send it back and ask for another pen?
Thank you for helping,
Eileen
