Okay, that is probably why your USB is not booting also, if the Stream is not recognizing the USB keyboard, it would not recognize a USB drive either. You might try another OTG adapter, I have one that does not work with my Stream 7 for some reason. Also, make sure it's plugged in before turning on the power, the tablet has to recognize the OTG adapter and switch the port from charge mode to host mode to accommodate USB.

Yes, it has to be an actual OTG device otherwise the tablet will not switch the port from charging mode to host (USB) mode, OTG has special wiring to accomplish this. A standard USB cable or USB drive will not work. Most OTG devices will work, also if you use a USB hub with the OTG adapter, it should be a powered hub since the port on the Stream is running under battery power.

ok update my otg is working my keyboard and mouse are working on the device my bootable usb is not booting but it does on my laptop the otg hub is connected to power supply but im having trouble turning secure boot of i get to the screen press enter to complete change press esc to cancel but on my keyboard and on the virtual keyboard pressing enter does nothing the only key that works is esc can i usually do this with secure boot on
