Hello @Brendalsalcedo

What is the model or product number of your HP 15?

To clarify, you said the Play Store which implies Google Play. Is this what you mean or are you asking about the Windows Store?

If its Windows Store, there are a few things you can do to possibly resolve the error.

  1. Go to Settings/Apps and scroll down to Microsoft Store.
Click on it once and choose Advanced Options. Click on Reset.
  2. Go to Settings/Update & Security. Click on Troubleshoot.
Scroll down to Windows Store Apps, click on it and click on Run the troubleshooter.
  3. Go to the Control Panel (type Control Panel in the Search bar).
    Choose Clock, Language and Region.
Click on Date and Time. Select the Internet Time tab, then click on Change settings.
Make sure the box is ticked for Synchronize with an Internet time server and then click on Update now.

If this does not help, you may want to ask on the Microsoft Forums.
