Android 4.2 Jelly Bean

Hello, I have a problem with tablet. I have Slate 7, but I can not turn it on. Only a logo appears, and that's all that the tablet does. Hard reset does not work. Do not worry about turning it on. Only the logo will be loaded. I do not know what to do.

I understand that your tablet is not loading to the home screen, is that right?

Hi i have HP 7 Voice Tab and it got switchoff i pluged the charger but its not getting on I don't know I guess that the tablet is hang or else there is some other issue please guide me

I understand you have issues booting into your tablet.

 

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes to your tablet?

 

Have you tried charging your tablet with a different charger?

 

As you mentioned you are unable to boot into your tablet and you only see a black screen.

 

Try the steps recommended below.

 

Use the steps in this section to reset an HP Slate 6 VoiceTab or Slate 7 VoiceTab.
With the device powered off, press and hold the power button, and the volume up (+) button at the same time until the HP logo is displayed and the tablet vibrates.
The Android system recovery menu will display seconds after the HP logo displays.
When the Android system recovery menu is displayed, use the volume down (-) button to highlight Wipe data/factory reset.
   NOTE:
The touchscreen is disabled when the device is in recovery mode. Use the volume up (+) and volume down (-) buttons to navigate up or down in the recovery menu. Use the power button to make a selection.
Press the power button to select.
The screen displays Confirm wipe of all user data? THIS CAN NOT BE UNDONE. Use the volume down (-) button to highlight Yes -- delete all user data.
Press the power button to confirm and begin the reset.
A recovery system screen shows the reset process. Wait for the reset process to complete.
When the screen displays the message Data wipe complete, highlight Reboot system now, and then press the power button to select.
Wait for the device to reboot.
The factory reset is complete. Set up the device by following the steps in the HP support document Setting Up Your HP Tablet.

 

Refer this article to know more information about restoring the tablet back to factory settings.

 

Also, refer this article to further troubleshoot no boot issues with the tablet.

 

If the issue still persists after trying out the steps, it is a hardware issue with your tablet.
