To get the answer to this question, updating the system will fix all the bug related issue,

Perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant: ( do not skip any troubleshooting steps if you feel steps are repeating )

To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.

Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.

  1. To open the HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon https://support.hp.com/doc-images/932/c05040382.jpg.
  2. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
  3. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
  4. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
  5. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
  6. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

And, also run BIOS Update: Follow steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Use the Windows Search and Indexing troubleshooter to try to fix any problems that affect this process. To do this, follow these steps: ( Windows )

  1. Select Start, then select Settings.
  2. In Windows Settings, select Update & security  > Troubleshoot Find and fix other problems, select Search and Indexing.
  3. Run the troubleshooter, and select any problems that apply. Windows will try to detect and solve them.

Also, try this workaround ( driver easy )

  • On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time, type in control and press Enter
  • View by Small icons, then click Troubleshooting
  • Click View all
  • Click Search and Indexing.
  • Tick the box or boxes for the appropriate troubleshooting process you see. Then click Next to continue.
  • When the troubleshooting process finishes, Windows 10 should be able to tell you what went wrong and what you can do to fix it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
