Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi , have a problem with my laptop 

When I want  turn on it the screen stop on Hp icon and the caps lock & the numbers lock flashing for a 5 time 

For 3 or 5 minutes and its open I tried to clean the RAM and I tried to reset the bios but nothing happened!

I hope someone text me on my Email [personal info required] If he knows how to fix it!

At this point I suggest you contact HP for service options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
