I own a HP 10bii+ financial calculator that reads "COPr HP 2010" error message during multiple commands. When I press shift>ON/OFF. It reads this message instead of turning off. The calculator also reads this message when attempting to calculate I/YR. For example, this message will read when I input BEG, N=5, PV=334,883, PMT=-75,000 FV=0.

This issue also causes my calculator to automatically change from 1 p/yr to 12 p/yr each time.

Does my calculator need repair? Does anybody know how to fix this.
