MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen
Microsoft Windows 11

How do I get the pen to activate Bluetooth to connect to my notebook?  There are only 2 buttons near the tip of the pen. The pen is fully charged.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Is this a first-time setup?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

  1. On the computer, open Control Panel, and then open Devices and Printers.

  2. Click Add a device.

  3. Select the HP Tilt Pen from the list of available devices.

  4. Prss the top button on the pen and hold for 3 seconds.

  5. Click Next and follow the instructions to complete the connection.

NOTE: If the computer has an Intel WLAN card, there is another option; roll back the Bluetooth driver to an older version as specified in this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06059834

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
