I was wondering if anyone has recently had issues syncing data between their Palm TX and Palm Desktop v6.2.2? I had it working for the last few months since 20H2 (version 2004) came out and it just recently stopped working. When I run the hotsync, it syncs successfully (handheld overwrites the desktop). But when I open up Palm Desktop, there is absolutely no data inside. The address book, notes, todo are all empty. I checked under C:\users\myuser\my documents\Palm Desktop\username\ folder, all the subfolders that are supposed to have data are missing the MDB files. (address, todo, etc)
I have the same handheld synced on another Windows 10 machine and it still syncs fine but a bit slow.
I tried the following:
1. Uninstalled ACCEA 64bit drivers and reinstalled them
2. Uninstalled Palm Desktop and reinstalled it (6.2.2)
3. Tried a brand new cable.
4. Run Palm Desktop v6.2.2 as administrator
5. Copied the data from the working desktop (entire palm desktop userprofile) into this non working computer but Palm Desktop still doesn't see the data.
It's hasn't been working for a few weeks already and I tried to uninstall some Windows 10 auto updates from Feb but it still doesn't' work.

I managed to figure it out. I did follow those instructions but it doesn't really pertain to me. I ended up do a sfc /scannow and chkdsk /f c: on the system. It found some errors and corrected it. It seem to show up on the data now. I tried multiple times to reinstall it but I guess it was a system file or hard drive file system issue.
