Hi. I have a hp envy 6020.  I can scan and print word documents however when I try to print an email I get a message something went wrong. 

 

I get the print screen and when I click on the icon to print it will not print. 

 

Any suggestions please

Does this happen with a particular email address or all email addresses? 

 

Try a different web browser.

Don't ask me why, but it now prints?

 

I did a factory reset and it prints now.
