We are preparing to add expansion modules to our several of our VVX 600 phones across our organization.
Is there an easy way to copy the Line Key settings from one phones expansion module to another, i.e. we have preset speed dial numbers on Phone #1, in stead of manually programming these again on Phone #2 through the phone interface can we copy these settings from Phone #1?
Is there another way of programming these Line Keys outside of assigning them on the phone itself?

Hello @BSCC_Mike ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
Based on your other reply is this using Skype for Business or openSIP?
If Skype, did you purchase the Skype licenses as recommended? Do you have a provisioning server in place? What software version do you use?
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Steffen is there a way to input Line Key settings outside of a provisioning server? i am thinking of certain users who will want custom Line Key settings outside of our standard settings, could we create these for them on their phones through the phones web server interface?

Hello @BSCC_Mike ,
As shown in the above FAQ there is a UI option to enter these. If you have any follow up questions please work with your reseller to get this into our support team
In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here
As the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
