Hello everyone,
We have almost 400 Poly CCX350 devices registered in the Teams Admin Center using common area accounts. Since updating the firmware from version 9.0.1.6562 to 9.1.0.9161 during the first week of March 2025, almost all the phones have been intermittently displaying the message “File was not present on the server” flashing at the bottom of the screen.
When I push a profile via the Teams Admin Center and reboot the devices overnight, the issue seems to be resolved for some of them. However, for others, the message either comes back or never disappears.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Did anyone manage to find a fix or workaround?

It looks like this "Error message "File was not present on the server" appeared on screen every 30 seconds." is listed as fixed in the CCX 9.1.1 firmware. https://docs.poly.com/bundle/pvos-rn-9.1-top/page/resolved-issues-pvos-9.1.1.html

This sounds like a case I have seen internally, Case 5139937096.

I suggest you raise a case with our Partner Microsoft, as they are hosting the Firmware via the TAC.
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
